· Achieve new business production targets and set objectives.
· Engage with potential clients via outbound phone calls, networking, and other lead sources.
· Develop insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close deals.
· Build influential relationships with existing clients that will result in cross-sell opportunities and additional sources of referrals.
· Collect all required documentation from customers.
· Recognize cross sell and upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
· Adhere to underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines.
· Stay informed about new product offerings.
· Drive new business by generating leads through referrals and other sources.
Requirements
**Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative? Excellent!**

We offer a competitive base salary of $35,000 along with the potential to earn an additional $40,000 in the first year, with top performers earning over $100,000 in commission last year. With earning potential ranging from $65,000 to $140,000 annually, plus bonuses, this is your gateway to financial success.
